Prize Draw terms & Conditions No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw The prize draw is open to Luton residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Member organisations of Luton Advice network, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. Only one entry per person per prize draw. To enter complete the online feedback survey about one or more LAN factsheets. The survey can be found at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/XG27KD7 There will be 5 separate prize draws, held quarterly, on the final day of the relevant month, starting on 31st December 2011; then on 31st March 2012, 30th June 2012, 30th September 2012 and 31st December 2012. Each prize draw opens the day after the previous draw. All correctly completed entries will be entered into that quarter’s prize draw, based on the date upon which the feedback was given. The first entry drawn will be the winner. The prize for each draw is £50 of Luton Mall shopping vouchers. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified via post by end of the month immediately following the prize draw.
